S~venteen municipalities achieved their 1994 goal. Ten of those seventeen <br />were 8% or morei over that goal. The regular 1994 municipal reimbursements totaled <br />$756,739.87, leaving $91,818.62 to be reallocated. The reallocation amounted to $5,404.10. <br /> <br />As you know, these bonus reallocations have the following restrictions: <br /> <br /> 1. The ~nds must be spent by June 30, 1995. <br /> 2. The check will not be mailed until 1995 municipal recycling agreements have <br /> been s!gned. The County is waiting for the second SCORE allocation, which is <br /> expected to be mailed in March, to prepare the 1995 residential recycling <br /> agreements. <br /> 3. A bonus expenditure report will be due on July 10, 1995. <br /> <br />The bonus funds maybe spent on the following:' <br /> <br />I. 1994 program costs not previously reimbursed. <br />2.
