RESOLUTION~ GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VARIANCE TO TERRY HEND~IKSEN WHEREJIS, on March 17, 1994, Terry Hendriksen was granted a variance to construct an addilaon to the ~pnnmpal structure that will encroach on the C.S.A.H. #56 thoroughfare setback on the property ge~nerally known as 15631 Ramsey Boulevard N.W. WHEREAS, §9.03.05 of the City Code states that a variance shall become null and void one year after the {late of issuance if it is not initiated or utilized, unless City Council has granted an extension. WHERE~S, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Terry Hendriksen, dated February 16, 199t~, in accordance with §9.03.05 of the City Code, indicating that the addition to the home has not ~ommenced and that a one year extension be granted to the variance. NOW THERE~0RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, iANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants a one year extension to Terry Hendriksen at 15631 Ramsey Boulevard N.W. for the construction of an addition to the principal structure ~f the property that will encroach on the thoroughfare setback of C.S.A.H. #56 (Ramsey Boulevard N.W.). r. The motion for th~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being q~ken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the followingivoted against the same: and the following:abstained: and the followingwere absent: whereupon said ri~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of F~bruary, 1995.
