County Ditch No. <br />and 3 flows easterly to the Rhum River. A location <br />wetland and existing ditches are shown on Ey~ibit A. <br /> <br />Over the past several years, the City has received complaints <br />about the blockage of the drainage by the construction <br /> <br />!56th Avenue N.W. To alleviate the blockage of sto_--m water <br />r%uloff by !56th Avenue N.W., the City installed two culverts <br />under !S6th Avenue N.W. One cu!vart was installed to the west ! <br /> <br />of Hematite Street and the over approximately 500 feet east <br />of Ramsay Boulevard as shown on E¥~.ibit A. However, the <br />installation of the culverts did not provide an outlet for the <br />area lying adjacent ~o !56th Avenue and approximately 500 feet <br />east of Ramsay Boulevard due to blockaqe south of !56th Avenue <br /> <br /> <br />
