NO license shall be granted to or be held by any corporation which corporation has a ~hareholder owning more than five percent (5%) of the outstanding stock of the carporafion and which shareholder is a person: 1 .i Under twenty-one (21) years of age and/or; 2. Who has been convicted of violating any law of this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or adult uses. ~ addition, a license shall not be issued to a corporation which corporation is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. NO license shall be granted to or be held by any partnership which partnership has a partner owning more than five percent (5%) of the partnership, and which partner is a l~erson~ 1. Under twenty-one (21) years of age and/or; Who has been convicted of violating any law of this State or local ordinance relating to sex offenses and/or adult uses. In. addition, a license shall not be issued to a partnership which parmership is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. 7.: Places Ineligible for License. NO license shall be granted for adult uses on any premises where a licensee has been coPvicted of a violation of this Section 7.15, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause, until one (1) year has elapsed after such conviction or revocation. NOr Adult Use-Principal premise or part thereof shall be licensed or permitted to operate under an existing license which contains: Partitions between subdivisions of a room, portion or part of a building, structure or premises having an aperture which is designed or constructed to facilitate sexual activity between persons on either side of the partition. Booths, stalls, or partitioned portions of a room, or individual rooms, used for the viewing of motion pictures or other forms of entertainment, having doors, curtains or portal partitions, unless such booths, stalls, partitioned portions of a room, or individual rooms so used shall have at least one side open to an adjacent public room so that the area inside is visible to persons in the adjacent public room. Such areas shall be lighted in a manner that the persons in the areas used for viewing motion pictures or other forms of entertainment are visible from the adjacent public rooms, but such lighting need not be of such intensity as to prevent the viewing of the motion pictures or other offered entertainment. 6
