C 6~ Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of the licensee's place of business and shall maintain conditions of order. SECTION 2. PENALTY. Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by State law. In!addition, the license revocation procedure of this Chapter 7 shall be applicable to any violation of this Section. SECTION 3. SEPARABILITY. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City that the several provisions of this Ordinance are separable in acc&dance with the following: a. Ifiany court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge any provision of this Ordinance to!'be invalid, such judgment shall not affect any other provisions of this Ordinance n6t specifically included in said judgment. b. If?any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge invalid the application of any p ..rbvision of this Ordinance to a particular property, building or other structure, such judgment shall not affect the application of said provision to any other property, bdjlding or structure not specifically included in said judgment. SECTION 4, EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
