Ramsey, MN 55~03 Dear Council' Members; The Concerned~Citizens of Golden Eagle Estates (approximately 20 homes) appreciates the opportunity'to express our concern over the proposed Dell~ood Hills Addition. Our neighborhood is located east of the proposed d~ velopment (see map on last page).We are greatly concerned ove~ the adverse effects the increased traffic will have on the safety of our children and the quality of our residential living. The land west Of us consists of approximately 100 plus acres of potential residential housing. Dellwood Hills Addition is the first proposed development. Those acres represent approximately 35-40 potential home~. We feel there is a need at this time, 'for a long range plan to deal with the increased traffic problems associated with the proposed and future developments. We attended the Planning and Zoning (P and Z) public hearing iand presented some alternatives that are outlined in the attached p~oposal. The (Pand Z) at last word has not yet made any recommendation~ until the developer supplies them with some more information..We feel it is important that the members .of the City Council be kept! informed of our concerns. The Concerned Citizens of Golden Eagle Estates need your support and expertise in or~er to preserve our childrens safety and the quality of our residential living.
