Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-03- <br /> <br /> REsOLuTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO ALPINE ADDITION <br /> <br /> ~WHEREAS, Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in <br /> the City of Rarnsey: <br /> <br /> The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ~ -and- <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township '32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ~ -and- <br /> <br /> That par[. of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br /> C~mmencing at the Southwest Comer of the said Northeast Quarter; thence ·north 01 <br /> de~grees 05 minutes 17 seconds west a distance of 55.03 feet; thence southeasterly along a <br /> non-tangential curve concave to the southwest a distance'of 207.01 feet to the south line of <br /> said Northwest Quarter, said curve has a radius of 690.00 feet, a central angle of 17 <br /> degrees 11 minutes 22 seconds, and a chord bearing south 74 degrees 6 minutes 24 <br /> seconds east; thence south 89 degrees 35 minutes 03 seconds west along the south line of <br /> sald Northwest Quarter a distance of I98.
