CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT . ALPINE ADDITION ~THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and WASTE MANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA, INC., (ADDRESS .) ("the DEVELOPER"). ~WITNESSETH: ~WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka CoUnty, Minnesota :: -and- The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota ~ -and- That part of the Northeast Quarter of section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,' Minnesota described as follows: COmmencing at the Southwest Corner of the said Northeast Quartei'; thence north 01 d~grees 05 minutes 17 seconds west a distance of 55.03 feet; thence southeasterly along a non-tangential curve concave to the southwest a distance of 207.01 feet to the south line of sa_id Northwest Quarter, said curve has a radius of 690.00 feet, a central angle of 17 degrees 1 t minutes 22 seconds, and a chord bearing 'south 74 degrees 6 minutes 24 seconds east; thence south 89 degrees 35 minutes 03 seconds west along the south Iine of sfid Northwest Quarter a distance of 198.11 feet to the point of beginning. ¥ the "~ubject Property"; and ~ WHEREAS, on March 28, 1995, pursuant to Resolution 95-03-__, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as ALPINE ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this conl~ct; and ~ NOW THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: STAGE I IMPROVEMENTS Conformance with Plar~.
