ALPINE ADDITION <br /> <br /> ~THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and WASTE <br />MANAGEMENT OF MINNESOTA, INC., (ADDRESS .) ("the <br />DEVELOPER"). <br /> ~WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> ~WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br /> situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> The North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> CoUnty, Minnesota <br /> <br /> :: -and- <br /> <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ~ -and- <br /> <br /> That part of the Northeast Quarter of section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County,' <br /> Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br /> COmmencing at the Southwest Corner of the said Northeast Quartei'; thence north 01 <br /> d~grees 05 minutes 17 seconds west a distance of 55.03 feet; thence southeasterly along a <br /> non-tangential curve concave to the southwest a distance of 207.01 feet to the south line of <br /> sa_id Northwest Quarter, said curve has a radius of 690.00 feet, a central angle of 17 <br /> degrees 1 t minutes 22 seconds, and a chord bearing 'south 74 degrees 6 minutes 24 <br /> seconds east; thence south 89 degrees 35 minutes 03 seconds west along the south Iine of <br /> sfid Northwest Quarter a distance of 198.11 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ¥ <br /> <br />the "~ubject Property"; and <br /> <br /> ~ WHEREAS, on March 28, 1995, pursuant to Resolution 95-03-__, the CITY approved <br />the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as ALPINE ADDITION (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this <br />conl~ct; and <br /> <br /> ~ NOW THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: <br /> <br />STAGE I IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Conformance with Plar~.
