CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Th~Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 14, 1995, at <br /> the ~amsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Rarnsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Meinbers Present: Mayor Glen Hardin <br /> ~ Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> ~ Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> :. Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> ? Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> Al~o Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br /> ~ City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> ~ City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin called the meeting to at <br /> legianceregular order 7:02 p.m. and led in the Pledge of <br /> to <br /> the <br /> Flag. <br /> <br /> C~ITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br /> Blob Peterson, 15621 Erkium Street N.W. and Marlin Perry, 16237 Kamacite Street N.W., <br /> r~epresenting the Ramsey Snow Rams Snowmobile Club, stated they had a fund raiser <br /> t~ough the Minnesota United Snowmobile Association and the proceeds need to be given <br /> t~ a charity or a non-profit organization. He presented a check for $130 to Ramsey Police <br /> ~hief Mike Auspos to be used for something pertaining to snowmobile patrol. <br /> <br /> ~Chief Auspos accepted the check, thanked the Snowmobile Club, and stated that the money <br /> ~ould be put to good use. <br /> ~ike Norman, 8324 - 156th Lane N.W., Ramsey, asked about surfacing the roads by <br /> ~orth Fork. The charge is $57.31 over a three-year period. He wondered if that money <br /> }outd be paid up front to avoid interest. He also stated that when he added up the amounts, <br /> it didn't coincide with the number of houses. <br /> <br /> ~ayor Hardin informed Mr. Norman that he would be able to get his questions addressed <br /> ~ur/ng the public hearing for his street project. <br />? <br /> <br />~APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />7Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />iagenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br /> and Zimmerman.
