Observations:, The s.ubject property is part of a larger parcel and is surrounded' by commercial zoning. If the rczomng is approved, the Applicants will be platting thc property to accommodate development of a convenience s~ore with gas on that portion of the property that was rezoned to B-2 Business. The remainder of the property would retain its B-1 zoning.
