AND FITZSIMONDS BUILDERS, INC. <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: r <br /> <br />Donald Fitzsimo~ads of Fitzsimonds Builders, Inc. and the fee title owner, Super Bowl, Inc., have <br />applied to rezon~Lot 6, Block 4 of Riverside West from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. Up0~n approval of the rezoning, Mr. Fitzsimonds is proposing to plat the property into <br />three (3) urban reisidential lots. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The property is l~ounded on the north and west by B-3 Highway Business parcels.
