By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Background: r Donald Fitzsimo~ads of Fitzsimonds Builders, Inc. and the fee title owner, Super Bowl, Inc., have applied to rezon~Lot 6, Block 4 of Riverside West from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. Up0~n approval of the rezoning, Mr. Fitzsimonds is proposing to plat the property into three (3) urban reisidential lots. Observations: The property is l~ounded on the north and west by B-3 Highway Business parcels. The lots to the south and east w&e rezoned from Business to Residential in 1988. The Planning Co~ mission conducted a public hearing on April 4, 1995 and there were no verbal or written comments submitted regarding the proposed rezoning. Council Action: Motion to adopt ~[esolution g95-04-, adopting Findings of Fact g. relating to a request from Super Bow~, Inc. and Fitzsimonds Builders to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 l~lrban Residential.
