Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br />ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # TO REZONE CERTAIN <br /> <br />PROPERTY FROM B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS TO ~ URBAN RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with SeCtion 9.03.03 of the R~mqey City Code; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That Super Bowl, Inc. and Fitz'simonds Builders, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br /> !fApplicants", have properly applied to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business <br /> to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br /> That the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section <br /> 9.03.03 of the City Code on April 4, 1995 and that said public hearing was properly <br /> advertised and that thc minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 6, Block 4, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("the Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> That the total area of the Subject Property to be rezoned is approximately 1,2 acres in size. <br /> That the Subject Property is currently zoned B-3 Highway Business. <br /> <br /> That the adjacent properties to the north and west are zoned B-3 Highway Business and the <br /> Properties to thc south and east are zoned R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br /> That the parcels to the south and east were rezoned from Business to Residential in I988 <br /> and platted into urban size lots in 1990. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant is proposing to plat the Subject Property into three (3) single family <br /> urban residential lots. <br /> <br />9.
