Councilmem~r <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g95-04. <br /> <br />RESOLUTI~ON RECEIVING AND AWARDING BID FOR THE 1995 <br />ANNUAL .,S~RING PET CLINIC <br /> WHE~tEAS, the City of Ramsey has advertised and received bids for the <br />opportunity t0 serve as the exclusive veterinarian for the City of Ramsey at its 1995 spring <br />pet clinic. Th~ following bid was received: <br /> <br />Veterinari~ <br /> <br />15670iNE 90th Street <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Shoe Cost <br /> <br />Rabies (canine & feline) $3.00 <br />DHLP-P (canine) $9.00 <br />Pan RC-C-P $6.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby awards the opportunity to serve as <br />veterir~arian for the 1995 City of Ramsey Spring Pet Clinic to AMVET - Elk River <br />Anim,~ Hospital. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey should add a slight increase to the cost of the shots to help <br />defray!the cost of Staff time. <br /> <br />3) That il~ is mandatory that residents owning pets must license them, therefore, no <br /> shots Will be given to an unlicensed pet. <br /> <br />4) That C~o~ until authorizes lowering the license fee to $3.00 for neutered/spayed and <br /> $5.00 for un-neutered dogs and cats (on the day of the Pet Clinic only). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the follow~g abstained: <br />and the follow!ng were absent: ..- <br /> <br />whereupon sated resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 1 lth day of April 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
