I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-04- RESOLUT]~ON GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VARIANCE TO BENJAMIN DEEMER WHEREAS, on March 17, 1994, Benjamin Deemer was granted a variance to construct an ~ceessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14501 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W.; and WHI~REAS, §9.03.05 of the City Code states that a variance shall become null and void on~ year after the date of issuance if it is not initiated or utilized, unless City Council has granted an extension; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Ben Deemer, dated April g, 1995, in accordance with §9.03.05 of the City Code, indicating that constructionhas not commenced and that a one-year extension be granted to the variance. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF [RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That t~e Rarnsey City Council hereby grants a one-year extension to Ben Deemer at 14501i Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. for the construction of an accessory structure nearer: the front property line than the principal structure. The motion .for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemb~er and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the follov~ing voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this tl~e 1 lth day of April 1995.
