I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember inu'oduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~95-04- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFIC~kTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~g95-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK F~LL RIVER'S BEND 1ST, 2ND~ AND PLAZA ADDITIONS) WHEREA~, a resolution of the City Council, adopted January 10, 1995, fixed a date for a Council public hqaring on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling River's Bend 1st, 2nd, and l~.laza Additions (Project/~95-01); and WHEREA~, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearlng was held on February 14, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an!opportunity to be heard thereon. WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such imprOVement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 10, i1995. 2) City Enginear Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prel~are plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the ',adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and ~pon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of Ap~, 1995.
