I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-04- RESOLUTION ~R_DERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g95-02 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL JUNIPER WOODS 1ST AND 2ND ADDITIONS) WHEREAS~ a resolution of the City Council, adopted January 10, 1995, f'~ed a date for a Council public he ~iring on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Juniper Woods 1st and 2nd Additions (Project g95-02); and WHEREASi ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the head.fig was held on February 14, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an ppportunity to be heard thereon. WHEREAS' the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AI~,OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 10, i995. 2) City Enginee!r Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prep(are plans and specifications for the malting of such improvement.
