I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-04- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFIC/~TIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 6'95-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL 153RD AVENUE N.W. FROM C.R. #5 TO C.R. #56) WHEREAS~ a resolution of the City Council, adopted January 10, 1995, fLxed a date for a Council public h ~e~u'ing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling 153rd Avenue N.W. from C.R. #5 to C.R. #56 (Project g95-04); and WHEREASi ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and the hearing was held on February 14, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an ~pportunity to be heard thereon. WHEREA~, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AI~IOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 10, i995. 2) City EngineX~rl Steven Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall pre, are plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
