I <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmcmbcr ~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-04-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RIECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-14 (MUNICIPAL SANITARY <br />SEWER AND W/~,TER EXTENSION TO HAUBRICH ADDITION) <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of the e;~xtension of municipal sanitary sewer and water to Haubrich Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,!the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures df affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREASi the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Mingesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That a certaigpetition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of the <br />extension of ~unicipal sanitary sewer and water to Haubrich Addition has been filed with <br />the City Cou.hcil on April 25, 1995. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to <br />City of Ramsay Code Section 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br />That the petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a l~reliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br />comment as [o whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />other improvement. <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project//95~ <br />14. <br /> <br />The motion for the aqtoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and tipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following void against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of Aprils 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
