Councilmcmbcr ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-04-_ RESOLUTION RIECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-14 (MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER AND W/~,TER EXTENSION TO HAUBRICH ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvement of the e;~xtension of municipal sanitary sewer and water to Haubrich Addition; and WHEREAS,!the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful signatures df affected property owners; and WHEREASi the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charter and Mingesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) 3) That a certaigpetition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of the extension of ~unicipal sanitary sewer and water to Haubrich Addition has been filed with the City Cou.hcil on April 25, 1995. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsay Code Section 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. That the petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a l~reliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also comment as [o whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project//95~ 14. The motion for the aqtoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and tipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following void against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of Aprils 1995.
