I live at 7290 154th Lane NW My family and I have lived here for six a~d one half years. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and this is one of the red, sons that we mo~ed here, In this neighborhood there are two licensed daycare's one of which is my home. And one foster home. This should ~ell you what kind of people live betel Il We all care for the welfare and well-being of other children oth~ than our own. Pat and ~ family moved in to "our" neighborhood last year. To be honest with all of you they don't even make tl~, re presence known as much as some of the neighbors that have teenage children. Never have we ha~any problem with any of the "kids" from Pat's house. As a matter of fact I on a number of occasions have had some of the boys over tO help me with various different projects. Never once have I ever h~'d any problems with any oftheml[ In my opigdon you will be doing a gross Injustice to society by not granting Pat the conditional use permit because~of the fine job he is doing with the children he now has. By having two more he is offering to do more~ than his part to help young children to become upstanding citizens for our community. and if you ask the 6~ther people of the neighborhood (the ones that know what is really going on) you will find that Pat and 1~ family are a good asset to our community and should be granted the permit.
