"Revocation of license' <br />means that the operator o~ a facility shall no longer be <br />authorized to provide services. <br /> <br /> Subp, 17. 5ervice plan. 'Service plan' i5 a Bezign /or <br />helping the youth reach the goal at placement. <br /> <br /> subp. Ia. Significant other~. "SiSnificant other~" are <br />persons who are i_~gportant in the lite-of the resident. <br /> <br /> Subp. 19. Sponsoring agency. "Sponsoring a~ency" is the <br />body vhich formulates the policies and procefuras governing a <br />croup fas[dr home. The bodies include but are not limited _to: <br />~on~munity Corrections Board, County Court Services, state of- <br />Minnesota Department of Corrections, Community Corrections <br />Departments, and nonorofit corporattons~ <br /> <br /> Subp. 10. subs%ant~ally ~onform, <br /> compliance, 'Substantially cogfgrm" or 'substantial complianFe~ <br /> as used i~ th~-~ rule shall mean compliand'e~th".70 Derc~nt or <br /> more of all rules applicable to a facility's classification as <br /> stated herein, and, additionally, sha~l mean compliance with 70 <br /> percent or more of all rules applicable to a facility's <br /> classification in each part of these rules. 'Part' as used in <br /> this definition means the entire area or sub~ect matter under a <br /> given rule, e.g., parts 2925.0100, 2925.0300, etc. <br /> <br /> Subp. ~l. Supervising agent. "Supervising agent" is ~he <br /> probation officer or parole agent vorklng with an individual <br /> youth or v%th a set of youths living in a s~ngle grbup [oster <br /> home, or the equivalent of a supervising agent iR <br /> operated homes. <br /> <br /> Subp. 22. Suspension of license. "Suspension o[ license" <br /> means that the operator is not au:horized to. provide services <br /> for a specified per~od o[ time, or until the facility is found <br /> to be in substantial conformance v~th licensing requirements. <br /> <br /> Subo. 21a. Inst[Lutiona~ group homes. "instltuti'onal <br /> group ho~es" means group hQmes designed to care for more than <br /> eight children. These ~rouD homes have staff ~n addition to or <br /> ~at~r than 9rou~ home' parent~. <br /> <br /> Subp, 23. variance.
