PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE g95. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />~F.,_C._T_LQ_~ AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 Business to B-2 Business: <br /> ~ That part of the following described property lying southerly of "Line A" to be <br /> hereinafter described: <br /> <br /> That part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range <br /> 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of <br /> State Trunk Highway No. 47 according to the duly recorded plats of <br /> OXBOW ADDITION, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA and RIVER'S <br /> BEND PLAZA 3RD ADDITION; and lying north of the Northerly <br /> line of the right-of-way of County Road No. 116 as now shown on <br /> the duly recorded plat of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT- <br /> OF-WAY PLAT NO. 36. The West line of said Government Lot 6 <br /> is as now shown on the duly recorded plats of said OXBOW <br /> ADDITION and of MINERAL POND, and is also on the westerly <br /> extension of the monumented North line of the duly recorded plat of <br /> BROM ADDITION, said corner and line also being marked by <br /> Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. T-2299. <br /> ~ Said "Line A" being described as commencing at the Northwest corner of said <br /> Government Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees 39 minutes 51 seconds East, assumed <br /> basis of bearings, along the above described West line of Government Lot 6 for a <br /> : distance of 653.32 feet to the actual Point of Beginning of said "Line A" to be <br /> : hereby described; thence North 66 degrees 40 minutes 42 seconds East for a <br /> distance of 451.63 feet, more or less, to intersect said centerline of State Trunk <br /> : Highway No. 47 and there to terminate said "Line A". <br /> <br /> Containing 2.57 acres, more or less, north of said North line of the right-of-way of <br /> ~ County Road No. 116. Subject to that part taken for said State Trunk Highway <br /> :: No. 47 over and across the easterly 33.00 feet thereof as measured at right angles to <br /> said centerline. Also subject to other easements of record, if any. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
