I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> CASE # t~ <br />REQUESTi, FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95, <br /> A MINOR SUBDIVISION; CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ~ By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsay recently entered into a purchase agreement for property in the Industrial <br />District and is now ~Jroposing to plat the property accommodate incoming industrial developments. <br /> <br />The following iterns~ are enclosed for your review: <br /> <br /> a) Site iocation map <br /> b) Proppsed final plat <br /> c) City ~taff review letter dated April 19, 1995 <br /> d) PropOsed resolution for final plat approval <br /> <br />Observations: : <br /> <br />The area to be platt~l is approximately 50 acres in size and is proposed to be platted into 3 lots and <br />2 outlots. Outlot A is a natural ponding area that would be retained by the City for drainage <br />purposes and perhaps some minor recreational activity, such as a pedestrian pathway around the <br />pond. Outlot B is ~;eserved for future development. Lot 1, Block 1 is proposed to be developed <br />by Trend Scientific~; Lot 1, Block 2 by Command Corporation; and Lot 2, Block 2 by Carbon <br />Project TechnologiC. <br /> <br />All of the lots meet lhe one acre minimum lot size and 200 feet of road frontage requirement. <br />The lots would receive public access from McKinley and Uranium Streets. These streets are being <br />constructed by the City with tax increment financing revenues to promote economic development <br />activities.
