I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-04- RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FLOOR WORK AT 14100 JASPAR STREET N.W. (PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY) WHEREA~, on August 31, 1994, the City of Ramsey purchased the property located at 14100 Jaspar Street~N.W. for the purpose of a public works facility; and WHEREA_8, the Finance Committee approved, at their September 12, 1994 meeting, a remodeling budget ~or the cement structure located on the site, for doors, floors, HVAC/air exchange, roofing, electrical, l~indscaping and paving; and WHEREA~, the City Council, on September 12, 1994, ratified the Finance Committee's budget approval, wi~ not-to-exceed amounts, to be done pursuant to the Minnesota bid law; and WHEREA~,, installation of ceme~ AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the Minnesota bid law, bids were advertised for the removal and flooring and the following bids were received: is the lowest bidder. NOW THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Cityi Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with in the name of the City of Ramsey for the removal and installa~ion of concrete flooring at 14100 Jaspar Street N.W. in the amount of $ ' The motion for the a~option of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ and upon vote being [aken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: · and the following void against the same: and the following abstained: and the following weie absent: whereupon said resolf~tion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of April, 1995.
