Service plan. "Service plan' is a ~esign for <br />helping the youth reach the goal of placement. <br /> <br /> Subp. 18. Significant others, "S{qg{f{cant ~th~rx" are <br />persons who are .important in the life-o~f the resident. <br /> Subp. 19. Sponsoring' agency. 'Sponsoring a~ency" is the <br />body vhfch formulates the policies and procedures governing a <br />croup fost6r home. The bodies include but are not limited _to: <br />~ommunity Corrections Board, County Court Services, state of <br />Hinnesota Department of CorreCtions, Community Corrections <br />Departments, and nonorof[t corporations? <br /> <br /> Subp. 20. Suspension of license.
