M. ,'Johnson asked for a check register/disbursement journal. At this <br />tim. lc, the Commission does not receive one. Muellerleile stated that <br />the! disbursement of funds could be handled at the monthly meeting. <br />M.-Johnson asked whether a check register could be included in the <br />monthly packets. <br /> <br />Motion was made by M. Johnson, seconded by Peterson to INCLUDE <br />IiM THE MONTHLY PACKETS A LIST OF ALL CHECKS THAT WERE <br />WRITTEN FOR THE MONTH. <br /> <br />6 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Muiellerleile went on to explain the QCTV report is similarly except <br />that on the Balance Sheet it shows the depreciation for the furniture <br />and equipment. <br /> <br />M. Johnson asked what method of depreciation is being used? It was <br />stated that a straight line over 10 years. <br /> <br />M. johnson requested explanation of the $214,000 in total assets. It was <br />explained that all equipment with a value of $300 or more with a life <br />exp.ectancy of one year or more was included in that figure. Jacobson <br />felt Ithat $300 seems too low. Muellerleile explained that the figure was <br />for accountability of certain items for insuranc~ purposes if lost. <br /> <br />M. Johnson asked whether the equipment at the four city halls were <br />property of QCTV? O'Connell stated that the ownership issue has not <br />bee~ delineated, although discussed several times in the past. <br /> <br />Mo,,ion was made by Nagel, seconded by M. Johnson to RECEIVE AND <br />TRANSMIT THE AUDIT REPORTS TO THE INDMDUAL CITIES. <br /> <br />6 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mark Nagel left at 5:45 pm. <br /> <br />5.2 Personnel iCommittee Report <br /> <br />5.3 <br /> <br /> O'Connell' stated that the Personnel Committee Meeting had been <br /> canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date. <br /> <br />Renewal Update <br /> <br />O'C0nnell stated that it needs to be documented as to where the system <br />is cUr~ rently at and how and why it got build in this manner. He will be <br />reviewing the franchise documents with Meredith. Determine what <br />may, be applicable under current laws and write and begin the <br />dev41opment of an RFP. <br /> <br /> <br />
