Tl~is subdivision was created for the proposed facilities that the City Council <br />gave tentative approval to at the March 28, 1995 City Council meeting. <br />In conjunction ~,vith these proposed developments, the City will need to sell the properties <br />to respective f .~'ras for their site development. As Council is aware, our Charter currently <br />requires that atj ordinance is passed prior to sale of any City-owned property. Council <br />reviewed such brdinance and introduced it at the April 25, 1995 meeting.
