This <br /> property, 'owned b~ the developers A1 and Alice Koenig, was existing at the t/me t_he subdivision <br /> was platted. Rem~}deling of the home on this property was not specifically addressed within the <br /> development agreement. However, City ordinance, as well as the development agreement, do <br /> requ/re certain stan~tards of maintenance within the subdivision. <br /> <br /> We have had sev~,al discussions with the developer regarding neighborhood concerns. Mr. <br /> Koenig has expressea an intent to remodel the propca'ty this summa'. Zoning Adrninish"ator Sylvia <br /> Frolik will be work~g with Mr. Koenig to monitor progress and keep the neighborhood informed. <br /> <br /> The City empathizes with the neighborhood concerns. We, too, had been under the impression <br /> that this property ~ould be improved prior to now. It shall be noted, however, that Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Koenig have provided an affordably priced, high quality subdivision in the City of Ramsey.
