Ramsey, MN 553~3 Dear Mr. and Mrs. E~enny: At the January 10i. 1995 City Council meeting, several property owners in Windemere Woods were present to ex~ress concerns regarding the property located at 5860 - 141st Lane N.W. This property, 'owned b~ the developers A1 and Alice Koenig, was existing at the t/me t_he subdivision was platted. Rem~}deling of the home on this property was not specifically addressed within the development agreement. However, City ordinance, as well as the development agreement, do requ/re certain stan~tards of maintenance within the subdivision. We have had sev~,al discussions with the developer regarding neighborhood concerns. Mr. Koenig has expressea an intent to remodel the propca'ty this summa'. Zoning Adrninish"ator Sylvia Frolik will be work~g with Mr. Koenig to monitor progress and keep the neighborhood informed. The City empathizes with the neighborhood concerns. We, too, had been under the impression that this property ~ould be improved prior to now. It shall be noted, however, that Mr. and Mrs. Koenig have provided an affordably priced, high quality subdivision in the City of Ramsey. The one blemish to this t'ec. ord is this property.
