I apologize that we <br />have not provided the information as you requested, in the manner that you requested. <br /> <br />It is my undgstanding that the estimated project assessment for utilities in 150th Lane is <br />$7,700/unit. ~Further, that if the watermain was not assessed, this would be reduced to <br />approximate~ $5,750. <br /> <br />Presently, COuncil policy does not allow for the circumstance of project assessment as you <br />have propos .~1. However, it is my expectation that this policy will be reviewed by Council <br />within the n~xt few months.
