Gilberson
17030 Ermine Boulevard NW
Ramsey MN 55303

Dear Mr. Mayor:

At theOctober 25, 1994 public hearing, regarding the installation of the MUSA Water and
Sewer in Pondvale Estates 2nd Addition, you offered to have the city staff work some
numbers for us.

It wasmy understanding that these numbers would be outside of the usual feasibility study,
and would give us some insight as to: what effect the installation of the water and sewer
would have on our property taxes, what the total charges would be for hooking up to the water
and sewer ( including an approximate cost for the removal of the septic system that would no
longer be needed), and an approximate figure of the cost per month for accessing this
service and any others that may be included

BecaUse I am a Realtor~, I am already aware of the positive effect the installation of the
Water' and Sewer would have on the market value of my property. However, I am curious to
knowwhat the city staff thinks the assessed value of my property would be.

Sincerely,

Ellen Stanley
5670; 150th Lane NW

December 2, 1994

CC:

co;

Dan Murphy
Steve Liekhus

Mayor Hardin 2/1/95

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
!
I
I
I
