CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> KENKO, INC. <br /> <br />On May 23, 1995, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Kenko, Inc. ("Permittee") to construct a 6,000 square foot maintenance building and a <br />2,200 square foot office building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, HY-I0 Ramsey 4th Addition and Lot 2, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey <br />3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this <br />appioval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on <br />the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Meinhardt Associates Architects, <br />revision date. . <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. AII site grading and drainage shall be subject to <br />approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shah construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan and Grading Plan The Required Improvements <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by <br />Meinhardt Associates Architects dated April 27, 1995.. <br />Installation of bituminous driveways and parking lots and gravel surfaced <br />equipment maneuvering and storage areas. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of <br />all bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the approved Site Plan. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of <br />these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING.
