Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of <br />these items, on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTI~, G. Any lighting installed on the site is subject to prior approval by the <br />City Engifleer. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the facility with an <br />exterior fahish consisting of wood siding <br />REFUSI~ STORAGE. The refuse storage area shall be completely screened <br />from pubBc view. <br />REQUII~EMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. No building permit for the <br />Site will l~e issued until the permittee has: a) signed and returned this Development <br />Permit; ~ provided the required financial guarantee in accordance with Paragraph <br />13 of this ~ermit. No Certificate of Occupancy for the smacture will be issued until <br />the Requi~ed Improvements are accepted by the City. <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required <br />Improvements shall be completed as follows: Phase 1 - November 1, 1995; Phase <br />2 - November 1, I996. <br /> <br />ESCROW. In order to insure the installation of the Required Improvements in <br />accordance with City specifications and in a timely manner, the Permittee shall be <br />required t~ deposit with the City a cash escrow or letter of credit approved by the <br />City, in tl/e amount of Dollars ($ ¢o. oo~ ) for Phase 1 <br />and r Dollars ($ ) for Phase 2, which is 150% of <br />the City's ~stimated cost of the Improvements. Prior to the issuance of the building <br />permits, all financial guarantees must be provided as required herein. <br /> <br />Upon cor~pletion of the construction of the Required Improvements, as certified by <br />the City F_~_gineer, the financial guarantee shall be returned to the Permittee. In the <br />event the ~Permittee fails to construct and install the Required Improvements as <br />required [aerein, the City may complete the Improvements with City day labor <br />and/or b~ letting contracts for said completion and draw upon the escrow for <br />payment, i Permittee hereby grants permission and a license to the City and/or its <br />contractors and assigns to enter upon the Site for the purpose of completing the <br />consU-ucti~n and installation of the Required Improvements in the event of the <br />Permittee'S default. <br /> <br />LOCATION RECOGNITION. The Permitte'~ herein agrees to recognize <br />Ramsey a~s the City of location for the facility on all forms of advertising and <br />business OOrrespondence. <br /> <br />Anchors Away, inc. hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have <br />reviewed the conclitions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms <br />of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
