ORDINANCE NO. 95-__ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements over Lot 1, Block 2, Northfork <br />Links Second Addition and Lot 2, Block 4, Northfork Links Addition is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The Northeasterly 5 feet of Lot I, Block 2, Northfork Links Second Addition and the <br /> Southwesterly 5 feet of that part of Lot 2, Block 4, Northfork Links Addition lying <br /> Westerly of the Northeasterly extension of the Northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 4, <br /> Northfork Links Addition. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
