,I I I I I I I I I '! I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-05-... RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTING, " INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g93-10 ANNANDALE WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 8, 1993; and WHEREAS~. the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Annandale Contr~ting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g93-10; and WHEREAS~ the value of the work performed has been certified by the City Engineer to be $139,141.57; and WHEREAS~ the City has issued previous payments for this project in the amount of $128,179.77; and WHEREASi the City Engineer recommends final payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $1~,961.80. NOW THEREFOI~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the CityiCouncil hereby authorizes final payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the construction 9f Improvement Project g93-10 in the amount of $10,961.80. That the City:,Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. That the totaliamount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for thi month of May 1995. 2) 3) 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
