I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember ~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION .~RANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO LISTUL INDUSTRIES, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 14, 1994, Listul Industries, Inc. was granted a conditional use <br />permit for a temporary structure at 6300 Industry Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the conditional use permit was issued with an expiration date of June 30, <br />1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a written request from Listul Industries, Inc., <br />dated April 20, 199~, requesting an extension to the conditional use permit to allow more time to <br />provide a new offic6 facility. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFO~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, AINOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Rar~ sey City Council hereby grants a one year extension to Listul Industries, Inc., <br /> 6300 Indus ~t~y Avenue N.W., for the temporary structure. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and Opon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resOlution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of Ma~, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-05-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
