I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember ~, introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #95-05-._ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION !RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-16 (BITUMINOUS STREET PAVING OF <br />BISON STREE~ FROM 171ST AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD #63) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 9, <br />1995, a report ha~ been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Pro.[ect #95-16 (Bituminous Street Paving of Bison Street from 171st Avenue to <br />County Road #63)~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 23, 1995, <br />which indicates th* following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individu.alIproperty cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />(1 O-year te[rrn) <br /> <br />$35,620 <br />$ 4,937 <br />$ 930 <br /> <br />NOW <br />CITY <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />THEREI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous street <br />paving of Isuch street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property .f.~r all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Cl~apter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$35,620. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a pulJlic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />June, 19953 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvemOnt as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for tho adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> anal upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day o~f May, 1995. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator: <br /> <br />,lq <br /> <br /> <br />
