I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g95-05-._ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION R4ECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON II~!PROVEMENT PROJECT #95-15 (CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO <br />SERVICE THE PROPOSED FOX KNOLL DEVELOPMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of the Construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and streets to service <br />the proposed Fox Knoll development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREASi the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures 6f affected properly owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREASi the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Mi~esota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, AN:OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a certaiO petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of the <br />construction cf sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and slxeets to service the proposed <br />Fox Knoll d,~velopment has been filed with the City Council on May 23, 1995. The <br />petition is h~eby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property <br />owners. Thi~ declaration is made in conformity to City of Rarnsey Code Section 4.60 and <br />Minnesota Stittute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the petition is hereby referred to Steve lankowsld, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a 1}reliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of th, e project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br />comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />other improveiment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #95- <br />15. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following vot~xt against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolt~tion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of May,'1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
