I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Councilmember i introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g95-05-._ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION iRECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON IMPROVE[MENT PROJECT #95.15 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY <br /> SEWER, WATI~RMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO SERVICE THE <br /> PROPOSED FOX KNOLL DEVELOPMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 23, <br />1995, a report has been prepared by John C. Bertelsen of John Oliver & Associates, Inc. and <br />Steven Jankowskii City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g05-15 (Construction <br />of Sanitary Sewer.', Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Service the Proposed Fox Knoll <br />Development); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 23, 1995, <br /> which indicates the following: <br /> <br /> Estimated total cost of project $163,800 <br /> Estimated t~otal assessment per unit <br /> (individualipropeny cost) $ 8,684 <br /> Estimated irmual assessment per unit <br /> (5-year terria) $ 2,350 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RA1VgSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the ~Rm'nsey City Council will consider the improvements of the construction of <br /> sanitary se~er, watermain, storm sewer and streets to service the proposed Fox Knoll <br /> developme~nt in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br /> or a pordoo of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br /> and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $8,684. <br /> <br />2) That a pub~iic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br /> June, 19951 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m., and <br /> the City ~dministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the[adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following ~oted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day o[' May, 1995. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
