CC Work Session 2.4. <br />Meeting Date: 07/19/2011 <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance <br />Title: <br />City Maintenance of RALF Properties. <br />Background: <br />With the City acquiring Right-of-way Acquisition Loan Fund (RALF) properties there are additional maintenace <br />costs in the upkeep of these buildings such as painting and lawn care. <br />Staff is currently looking at contracting the painting of the office (front) section of the NAU building and Midwest <br />Car Care building and lawn maintenance of the NAU building. These services would be paid with the rental <br />revenue received on the properties. Painting of the buildings is not required within the contract terms of <br />either property, nor is lawn care for areas outside of the cold storage area of the NAU site.
