CONTRACT PROPOSAL BY ANDERSON EXTERIORS 763/323-0970 <br />1. Furnish all labor & materials to repaint front side/front portion of buildings listed above. <br />Will include office portions of both buildings, not storage or shop space. <br />2. Paint will be supplied from Sherwin Williams. Prep work will include power wash, scrape <br />and sand as necessary for refinishing. Prime as needed, particularly on NAU building to <br />prep for color change. Apply Sherwin Williams paint to cover. Tan color as noted on bid <br />request with red trim on NAU building. Existing Grey color on Midwest Car Care building. <br />No paint on doors at Midwest Car Care. <br />3. Additional precautions will be taken to protect against over spray on autos and <br />equipment. Coordination will be appreciated with parties occupying both buildings. <br />Weekend work is a possibility with us. <br />4. Available start date is 3 weeks or less upon acceptance of proposal. Approximate time <br />to finish will be one to two weeks, weather conditions being the variable. <br />5. At the NAU building there is wood siding repair to be done, particularly on the west side. <br />6. Total Labor and materials for NAU building and Midwest Car Care. #1 thru # 5 = <br />$6,865.00. <br />7. Option price quote for additional painting on Midwest Car Care building. Paint siding, not <br />doors, and peaks on shop area, and peak of storage portion facing south/ facing Hwy <br />10. (Stop at southwest and southeast corners.)
