Councilmember ; <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #g5-06- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION IRECErVING REPORT AND CALLING'A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~95-18 (MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER AND <br /> WATER EXTENSION TO THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF RIVER/47 <br /> PLAZA ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHERE&S, pursuant to resolution 405-05-104 of the Ramsey City Council, adopted <br /> May 23, 1995, aireport has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with <br /> reference to Imprd2vement Project #95-18 (Municipal sanitary sewer and water extension to the <br /> proposed subclivisi.'on of River/47 Plaza Addition); and <br /> [ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 13, i995 <br /> which indicates th~ following: <br /> <br /> Estimated tiptal cost of project $84,136 <br /> Estimated ~tal assessment per unit <br /> (individual ,~roperty cos0 $91,459 <br /> Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 5-year termI $24,746 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Rt~msey City Council will consider the improvements of sewer and water in <br /> accordancelwith the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br /> the cost of ;~he improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the RamSey <br /> City Code ~.ection 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $84,136. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 lth day of July, <br /> 1995 in thelCouncil Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br /> Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br /> required by flaw. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ' and!upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following al~stalned: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
