NOW THEREIn, ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Way 23, 1995. 2) That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this impr6vement.
