I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />STATUS OF SNOWMOBILE COMMITTEE <br /> By: Jo Thieling, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Due to the on-go~ng concerns expressed about the damages caused by snowmobiling on <br />private property, ~Council directed that a committee be formed to discuss ways to deal with <br />these problems. ~n article was placed in the June 1995 issue of the Resident asking for <br />citizen volunteer$ on this committee with differing views toward snowmobiling and the <br />rights and responsibilities of snowmobilers and property owners. <br /> <br />I received an excellent response to the article - 15 people have called to express an interest <br />in being on this c~mmittee.
