Programming Reports <br /> <br />The written programming reports were included in the packet from <br />the three full time producers in Community, Government and Sports <br />programming areas. <br /> <br />O'Connell stated that the Grass Valley Switcher has been installed in <br />the mobile Wan and that all agree it is a vast improvemet to the <br />production capabilities of the van. Also that some much needed <br />mechanical maintenance repairs have been done on the van, tires, <br />shocks, and the generator overhauled. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS - 4 <br /> <br />4.1: <br /> <br />Advertising Sales Report <br /> <br />O'ConneI1 stated that Mary Ebanks is very excited regarding the Alpha <br />channel. This will give. her hard numbers of how many calls were <br />made regarding which items. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S REPORT - 5 <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />O'Cormei1 pointed out that the month to month detail regarding the <br />billing. Schroeder requested that the it be totaled showing the amount <br />paid, what the receivable where and the commission paid. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Jacobson stated that there had been some correspondence between the <br />Administrator and one of the member cities Commission member. He <br />stated that he felt the third piece of correspondence was completely <br />inappropriate and a slam against the Administrator. He pointed out <br />that the opinion expressed in the letter he was copied on, was indeed <br />simply the opinion of one member, not representative of the <br />Commission's judgement as a whole. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Jacobson, seconded by Peterson, TO REAFFIRM <br />THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR IS FULFILLING HZS POSITION. <br /> <br /> 6 ayes - 0 nays.
