Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />REVIEW AND RECOMMEND PARK PLAN AND BUDGET FOR <br />FO~ PARK <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supejwisor Boos presented storyboards with the revised draft plan for Fox Park. <br />After review and dii~cussion, the Commission revised the plan again by moving the tot lot area <br />away from the road ~md adjacent to the playground area for the older children.to make it easier for <br />parents to monitor Children of different ages. A clear separation between the two playground <br />areas, parking, and ripen water was favored. Commissioner Cook suggested indigenous plants be <br />used as the separatio-~ medium. <br /> <br />Motion by Commis~iioner Cook and seconded by Commissioner Osbom to approve the amended <br />Fox Park draft plan !itled "Phased Playground" with enhancement of play equipment line item if <br />possible with the monies budgeted within the 1995 C.I.P. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hetland, Commissioners Asfahl, Cook, Johns, Henn, <br />Osborn and Skinner..r Voting No: None.
