I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman declared that 22 lots seems to be out of step with the <br />neighborhood an~t that it should have been left as it was with two 10-acre lots. The <br />developer was happy with that as were the people. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer stated that last August, anything more than two lots in that area <br />would have requi~ed a variance. She expressed her surprise that this was back with 22 lots <br />as opposed to two. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND ,COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Renewal, of License <br /> <br />Councilmember ?eterson stated that with regard to renewal of license, we do not have <br />enough Staff to do inspections prior to renewing licenses and he feels there are some <br />people who are in;violation of City Code. He felt that it is important to have the inspections <br />done. <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that Staff will be bringing something back to Council on this issue. <br />2) Annual League of Minnesota Cities Conference <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder reminded the Council of the League of Minnesota Cities Conference dates. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. ¥oting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman.
