ORDINANCE NO. 95 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND <br />UTILITY EASE$4ENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br />This ordinance is ado' ted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 1.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br />The South ai East 10.00 feet of Lot 1 and the South and East 10.00 feet of Lot 2, all in <br />Block 1, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, according to the record plat thereof. <br />SECTION 3.
