' Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ' RESOLUTION #95-06 - RESOLUTION OFDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS ' AND SPECIFICAITIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95 -17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SIEWER AND WATER TO THE PROPOSED RIVER'S BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS; a resolution of the City Council adopted the June 13, 1995, fixed a date for a Council hearing oh the proposed improvement extension and construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer and Streets to Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Project #95 -17); and ' WHEREAS the City has received a petition containing the signatures of 100 percent of the benefitted property owners; and WHEREAS ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the June 27, 1995 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given fn opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFOJE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: ' 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 27, 199. ' 2) That Steve Jankowski, City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvemen He shall have Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the a option of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ' and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: ' and the following weie absent: r whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of June,f 1995.
