i r <br />Councilmember f introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />' RESOLUTION #95 - <br />I RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH SQUARE <br />2ND ADDITION' <br />WHEREASi Jack Menkveld, President of North Suburban Development, Inc., hereafter <br />' referred to as " Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey. <br />' Outlot A, Su�fish Square, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />AND WHE1 EAS, On June 1, 1993,the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />' approved the sketch plan for Sunfish Square with modifications; and <br />WHEREAS the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 10, 1993, and <br />' recommended acceptance of land and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and <br />WHEREA, on October 5, 1993, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />' conducted a public haring regarding Sunfish Square and recommended preliminary plat approval <br />of same; and <br />W H E R E A$, the Ramsey City Council met on April 12, 1994 and approved the <br />' preliminary plat for Sunfish Square; and <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 14, 1994 and granted final plat <br />approval tot he first addition of Sunfish Square; and <br />WHEREAS# on June , 1995, the Developer filed for final plat approval of Sunfish <br />Square 2nd Addition; <br />NOW THEREFOE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, A OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />' 1) That the CitytCouncil hereby grants final plat approval of Sunfish Square 2nd Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and u0on vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />' and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />' the 27th day of June, 1995. <br />' Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator <br />
