Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 495 -06 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO EXPAND A CHURCH FACILITY IN THE R -1 RURAL <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # ___, AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Grace Community Bible Church has properly applied to the City of Ramsey <br />(the "City") for a conditional use permit to expand the church facility on the property generally <br />known as 6341 167th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />The west 396 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #______, a conditional use permit to expand the church <br />facility to include a recreational activity room is hereby granted to Grace Community Bible <br />Church, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder ", at 6341 167th Avenue N.W. <br />2. The construction of the addition to the church on the Subject Property shall not commence <br />until such time as site plan approval has been obtained from the Ramsey City Council and a <br />building permit has been properly issued. <br />3. The addition to the church facility shall be constructed in accordance with the approved site <br />plan. <br />4. Adequate water supply and on -site sewage disposal facility shall be the responsibility of the <br />Pen Holder. <br />5. Adequate paved off - street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br />6. That the City Administrator or his designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br />7. All City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit shall be <br />paid by the Permit Holder. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of June, 1995. <br />oPOC P <br />
