In this case, Staff attempted to notify all property
owners within 600 feet of the subject property of the public hearing conducted by the Planning
Commission on Jund 6. The applicant would also be
allowed to utilize thlo material in the grading of the outlot in accordance with the approved grading
plan. This haul roue would minimize the impact to the residents of Northfork.
F
The Planning Commission has recommended that the grading and hauling operation and restoration
be confined to a four week period from start to finish.
r
Silt fence and oth ' erosion control measures should be required to protect adjacent properties.
The revised gradinjwould not affect existing drainage patterns.
' Recommendatiof►:
City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of th permit.
Council Action: )
C W
Motion to: * 1 1 ) v
Adopt Finings of Fact # relating to North Fork's r mi
request for a conditional use et
to grade and export soils in Northfork Lake. p
a59
